EGP PLLC and Henry & Kell, LLP join forces. Both firms have a long history in the areas of tax, litigation, and expert witness testimony. Together, they are committed to helping clients achieve their goals by being a trusted guide and partner. Liles M. Henry, CPA, CVA, MAS of Henry & Kell, LLP has a history that extends back to 1980. As part of the merger, Henry will remain at his present office located at 11809 Hinson Road in Little Rock and will provide EGP with a presence in West Little Rock. "From a personal standpoint, I value and respect the members of EGP. This merger is a great opportunity that allows me to continue to work and consult with a less demanding schedule", said Henry.
The combined firm will remain EGP PLLC and will consist of nearly 45 people, including 7 partners. EGP continues to expand across the state with locations in North Little Rock, Bryant, Heber Springs, and West Little Rock.
